General Conditions of Sale – Thrive Bright Limited

1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of Thrive Bright Limited. A “client” is any natural or legal person placing an order with Thrive Bright Limited via our secure payment platform, or by agreed alternative payment (such as bank transfer, card, or cash).

1a: Age Limit

Thrive Bright Limited only accepts clients over 16 years old for physical and digital products, and over 18 years old for services such as coaching, workshops, or seminars. While our content is not of a sensitive nature, we target a mature audience able to understand the responsibilities of business. Any client who does not meet these age criteria will have their order cancelled and refunded. Newsletter subscribers under 16 will be removed from our database once identified.

2: Orders

Placing an order with Thrive Bright Limited implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

3: Price

Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£), inclusive of applicable UK taxes. Shipping or processing fees may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time; however, the price applicable to an order is that confirmed at the time of purchase.

4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the order date, including for pre-orders. We accept major credit/debit cards via our secure provider (Stripe). International cards must be Mastercard or Visa. American Express is not accepted.

Online payments are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe. Thrive Bright Limited is not responsible for the security of Stripe’s systems.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services. Any overdue amounts will accrue interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate until paid in full (this excludes sums under genuine dispute).

5: Refund Policy

By entering into this agreement, clients are responsible for the full fee. If a client cancels attendance or participation in a programme, service, or event, no refund will be issued, and any outstanding amounts remain payable. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

6: Delivery

Physical products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Risk passes to the client upon dispatch. In the case of loss or error, we will work to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.

7: Data Protection

In line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase personal data we hold. By agreeing to these conditions, you consent to our use of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Clients acknowledge that Thrive Bright Limited makes no representations regarding future income, expenses, or profitability.

10: Force Majeure

Thrive Bright Limited will not be liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or government actions).
